LE PRIME, stories of women, among Diversity, Science and Technology.

The exhibition “Le Prime” aims to showcase the stories of women at the Politecnico di Torino by highlighting the biographies and careers of the first female scientists, researchers, professionals, and professors at the university.

The goal is to raise awareness of women’s contributions to STEM, provide role models for future generations, and promote a more inclusive historical narrative. Starting from Emma Strada, the first female engineer in Italy in 1908, the exhibition traces the achievements of pioneering women who broke stereotypes and shaped the university.
