The Orientation Days at the Politecnico di Torino

The Orientation Fair at the Politecnico di Torino is a key event for students to choose the best undergraduate and graduate programs. These orientation days are designed as opportunities for discussion and dialogue, making the transition into the new academic environment smoother, while showcasing all the services and special projects the Politecnico offers to the student community.

The students of WeAreHERe provided direct support and shared their personal experiences with prospective students, explaining how they faced and overcame gender stereotypes in their academic journeys. Through workshops and discussions, they highlighted the opportunities available at the Politecnico and the importance of increasing female representation in scientific and technological careers.

This participation reinforced the message of inclusion and gender equality promoted by the Politecnico di Torino, strengthening WeAreHERe’s commitment to creating an academic environment that is increasingly equitable and accessible to everyone.
